some early thoughts:
Weather will be as bad as saturday come 3pm GMT, strong winds and heavy rain. Therefore we could see some possible upsets and difficult games to predict under these circumstances. Otherwise on paper :
Fulham are getting their accustomed mid table position back after the injury plagued season theyve had so far. Watford arent without their own troubles and with that draw against Chelsea on saturday and McBride finding form, Watfords chances are slim.
Reading - West Ham has over written all over it !
West Ham need the points and Reading are a side that will force this derby to attack from end to end.
Spurs are none too wise on the road this season and Portsmouth are in fine goalscoring form and out for revenge against us. Over in my eyes.
Man U are on fire but again, Live Betting is best here.
In the Championship, West Brom, Preston, Stoke, Luton, Sheffield Wed and Crystal Palace stand out to me.

regarding your bad weather question InSpades, It depends on the severity, light/moderate showers which dont bog the pitch and make the ball stick can help the pace of the game and ball in terms of the ball zipping along the turf. So Overs are definitely one to consider, but anything worse than light showers, ie torrential rain and strong winds which we have been getting recently and predicted later. Can affect the flight of the ball in long pass situations and thats where i draw the line with betting, you cant let the weather dictate your bet as much as that.
